One of ‘The Prologue to the Canterbury Tales’ series he produced in 1967.

This image is ‘The Monk’ (me neither, but it’s a fabulous abstract image nonetheless).

The print is an artist’s proof and is fully signed and titled as you can see.
It has some yellowing and foxing but nothing that I think spoils the work.

King is a very highly regarded artist in a number of disciplines and his work is held in many major museums including the Tate and the British Museum.
The frame size is approximately 59.5cm x 46cm.
