With georgeous, subtle clours, this is a delightful print from one of the modern masters of Japanese printmaking.
Rokushu Mizufune (1912-80) is perhaps better known in Japan as a sculptor, but internationally his printwork is more recognised.
Mizufune's works are held in the V&A, The British Museum and The Art Institute of Chicago, amongst many others.
The print is generally good, but with one small crease to the cheek.
The frame size is approximately 35cm x 32cm.
Signe 'Mizufune'.
