Perhaps best known as a sculptor, Pol Bury (Belgian 1922-2005) also created many works on paper. 
An artist of considerable standing, his work is held in many international collections, including the Tate and The Guggenheim.
His 'L'Octagon sculpture / fountain in San Fransisco, is amongst his most famous works.
