Another of a number of architectural drawings by an HW Ellis, who I think was studying architecture at the Achitectural Association in the 1960s.
This drawing is a very interesting suggestion for a mixed use housing development.
An extraordinary piece of draughtsmanship and hand colouring. 
 
The drawing is in good condition, given its age. The original hand lettered mount is yellowed and marked, but adds to the mid century look.
The drawing has been newly framed, the frame measures approximately 62cm x 49cm.
