One of a number of architectural drawings by an HW Ellis, who I think was studying architecture at the Achitectural Association in the 1960s.
He was clearly a very accomplished designer and draughstman, his drawing skills are quite extraordinary.
Although a little tired, I've kept the original hand lettered mount, which I think adds greatly to the period feel of the drawing.
The drawing and the mount are yellowed and have areas of damage and foxing, but overall the drawing presents very nicely depite this damage.
The drawing is newly framed.
The frame size is approximately 59cm x 50cm.
A lovely decorative piece.
