Abbot Patttison (1916-1999) Semi-abstract bronze figure of a woman.
A most unusual bronze of a woman, featuring the table or stool that often features in Pattison's work.
It is very likely of his wife.
Although unsigned, I have no doubt that this small bronze is by Abbott Pattison. I came from the same source as the other (signed) sculpture, and is so much in the style of his figurative pieces.
Pattison's work is Internationally known and features in the permanant collections of many museums, including The Whitney and The Art Institute of Chicago.
Height approximately 16.5cm. Base size is approximately 7cm x 6cm. Max W.7.5cm x D.7.5cm
